Washington courts order life skills under the Revised Code of Washington (RCW). Common charges include Assault (RCW §9A.36.041), Harassment (RCW §9A.46.020), Malicious Mischief (RCW §9A.48.090), and domestic violence offenses under RCW §10.99.
Washington has specific DV provisions under RCW §26.50 (Domestic Violence Protection Orders) and RCW §10.99 (DV treatment). For DV convictions, courts must order a state-certified domestic violence treatment program under RCW §26.50.150. If your order says 'life skills,' our course qualifies.
