Washington courts order life skills under the Revised Code of Washington (RCW). Common charges include Assault (RCW ยง9A.36.041), Harassment (RCW ยง9A.46.020), Malicious Mischief (RCW ยง9A.48.090), and domestic violence offenses under RCW ยง10.99.
Washington has specific DV provisions under RCW ยง26.50 (Domestic Violence Protection Orders) and RCW ยง10.99 (DV treatment). For DV convictions, courts must order a state-certified domestic violence treatment program under RCW ยง26.50.150. If your order says 'life skills,' our course qualifies.
