For domestic violence cases in Florida, the court may order a Batterer's Intervention Program (BIP) under §741.281 rather than general anger management. BIPs in Florida are 26-29 weeks and must be provided by a state-certified BIP provider. If your court order specifies a BIP, our general anger management course does not satisfy that requirement.
